    Subaru designed the pitch stop mount to assist in controlling the engine and drivetrain forward and aft twisting motion. The pitch stop is inherently soft due to the plastic body and high compliance rubber bushing design and was built for comfort and not responsiveness or feel. Whiteline's Billet 6061-T6 aluminium pitch stop mounting is built to handle the demands of high torque and power output engines by limiting the amount of movement the engine and drivetrain will place upon the pitch stop. Utilising low compliance bushing technology this eliminates the slop, twisting and shudder found in the OEM rubber bushings allowing for a faster, positive, responsive feel of power delivery on and off the throttle.

    Subaru's rear subframe is mounted on rubber voided bushings which allows for a significant amount of compliance/movement in the frame during high cornering loads. Whiteline's low compliance polymer bushings eliminate this condition by positively locking in the frame position and removing the 'lateral walking' found when using high grip tires. The polymer bushing design has soft 'stand-off' buffers on the top and bottom surfaces of the bushing to allow slight vertical bushing movement of the subframe to eliminate that 'rock-solid' NVH feel and cushion against minor bumps and allow solid positive location when high torque and power is applied.

    The kit utilises a high tensile extruded alloy link fitted with ultra low compliance synthetic elastomer bushings. Critical hardware is replaced with high tensile components to match the higher loads. The result is much more precise and direct roll control with up to 25% more effective bar rate available at lower wheel deflection points. This does NOT mean an outright increase in your bar rate but rather a quickening of its effect allowing more bar rate earlier. Link shape and bush mounts are designed to allow maximum sway bar articulation to ensure full suspension travel while acting more directly under vertical load. Standard length maintains correct sway bar operation.
