 Customer Support Specialist

Whiteline/Nolathane, the manufacturer of automotive suspension and polyurethane components is seeking an enthusiastic person to join our sales/customer service team. This position will provide customer service, automotive product application information, technical assistance, order processing and respond to emails. Occasional travel to local trade shows and events. This is a full- time position with good benefits. Reports to Sales & Marketing Manager.

Job Description

  • Provide customer support over phone and email.
  • Data/order entry.
  • Verify account information.
  • Assist customers with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Advise on vehicle/product application.
  • Process order and payment information.
  • Inform customer of deals and promotions.
  • Perform over the phone dealer visits.
  • Provide technical support.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have basic automotive knowledge and prior customer service experience.
  • Proficient with proactive outbound calls to customer base.
  • Positive and professional attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Great organizational skills.
  • Accurate and strong data entry.

Marketing Assistant - Intern 

The Marketing Assistant will contribute towards all aspects of marketing and gain a comprehensive understanding of marketing within the Automotive Aftermarket Vertical.  Working with an experienced professional team; the marketing assistant will gain experience making direct contributions reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to gain notoriety and exposure within the Automotive Aftermarket putting your excellent work into a public forum. Paid Position.

Responsibilities and duties

  • Organize and maintain marketing collateral and resources for distributors
  • Post content daily across social media channels, forums, and blogs.
  • Repurpose and distribute user generated and partner content
  • Graphic design for social media, digital ads, digital stories / blogs
  • Attend Industry Events and Trade Shows
  • Photograph, products, events, sponsored vehicles, and industry happenings
  • Video product installs, events, sponsored vehicles, and industry happenings
  • Research and organize opportunities to produce relative visual content
  • Review and leverage analytics to best position Whiteline USA
  • Administrative support for the marketing department
  • A passion for the Automotive Industry is preferred.
